IT-Project Management

Online CRM
Objective
A modern internet (and intranet) infrastructure was implemented to support the client and their affiliates in customer acquisition and retention. Thanks to the optimisation of processes, and with their support electronically, it was possible to realise significant benefits in terms of quality and time.
Through the use of modular software architecture, it was possible to guarantee the compatibility of the individual components and the independence of individual service providers.
Content:
- Kick-off meeting – in which questions are pitched to the client about what goals they envisage and what expectations they have
- Working out the technical concepts, involving the input of all stakeholders (through, among other processes, canvassing the opinion of the 400 or so sales partners)
- Minimisation of costs relating to the TCO by applying open source components
- Drawing up a list of requirement specifications in collaboration with the relevant departments

Objective
The IT department (with a complement of more than 400 staff), in the accounts management division, and the associated ‘Application development’ department had to be restructured following a thorough overhaul of company departments.

Objective:

- Developing and integration of a web application in the area of customer services for the unification of processes in call centres, the back office and in over 30 branches
- Concentration of work in a completely new customer service centre with 180 employees in the first stage of development, growing to 400 by the final stage of expansion.
- Design of processes, implementation of new organisation, and integration into the new project landscape
- Supervision of the business units and project leadership during the lifetime of the project, which can be several years

IT Support
Objective
The appropriate IT support organisation had to be created for the new tool suite showing the production processes of a market-leading outsourcing service provider
